The Rotary Club of Parkland After Dark is proud to organize the Giant Community Garage Sale in Stony Plain.
Here's how it works: please, check the 'Map Overview' attachment for the available zones (colours) and select your ticket(s) accordingly. You'll find a PDF within the Files section in the lower right corner of this page.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: - please review carefully -
- You have purchased ONLY a 10-foot-wide spot(s). Provide your own table and chairs/ or cover. Be sure it will fit inside 10 feet. Sale runs rain or shine.
- Maximum FOUR spots per person or group.
- You can access your spot with your vehicle between 7 AM and 8:30 AM. Enter the site at the barricades on 49th street at the back alley behind the Town of Stony Plain office building. Traffic will only flow in one direction. Volunteers will direct you.
- Know your SPOT number to enter the site. Ideally, have the email confirmation printed out with you.
- Once you have unloaded, please carefully move back into the traffic flow and park your vehicle in one of the designated spots or nearby. DO NOT leave your vehicle at your spot as we must have room in case of emergency.
- The sale runs from 9 AM to 3 PM. No vehicles can enter the site during that time.
- At 3 PM again line up on 49th street and repeat the process to pick up your table, chairs, and any remaining items. Please take all your items with you.
- Two porta Potties are available on site. Located behind One Man’s Treasure.
- A canteen is hopefully available across from the Town Office by the Youth Center.
- Please provide your own change and cash box.
- An emergency first aid kit is on site. See the registration desk.
- Rotary Help Desk will be set up in front on the TOWN OFFICE for any questions.
